1. Digital Downloads ‘ No Automatic Refunds

– Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, refunds are not available due to the instant

nature of digital content.

2. Exceptions

with proof, and we will arrange a refund for duplicates.

– If a product file is faulty or corrupt, we will provide a working file or a full refund.

3. Refund Requests

– Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
